Meet Your Trainers

Tiara - Head Trainer / Owner

As a coach, mother, and advocate for simple, sustainable health and fitness, I find true joy in helping women reconnect with their bodies through movement, strength, and self-care. Since 2019, I’ve been based in the Clarence Valley, working with women of all abilities and backgrounds—each on their own unique journey.

I'm a certified Personal Trainer with additional qualifications in Pregnancy and Postpartum Training, allowing me to support women safely and effectively through every stage of life. It’s a privilege to guide them in moving with confidence—alleviating unnecessary strain and helping them feel empowered in their bodies.

My passion lies in educating, uplifting, and inspiring women to see movement not just as exercise, but as a powerful tool for both physical and mental well-being. I deeply understand the challenges many women face—whether it’s hormonal fluctuations, PCOS, endometriosis, or the emotional shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, and societal expectations. These experiences all influence how we relate to fitness, and I’m here to help navigate them with compassion and care.

Sarah - Pilates Instructor 

Sarah Veckranges brings a unique blend of expertise in healthcare, biomechanics, and movement to her role as a Pilates instructor at T-FORM Fitness Studio. With a background in orthopaedics and sports medicine, Sarah is passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger, and build confidence through tailored, functional Pilates.

Certified in pre and post-natal Pilates and trained across mat, barre, sculpt, and strength formats, Sarah creates safe, inclusive, and highly personalised sessions. Her approach is rooted in a strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles—ensuring every class supports strength, mobility, and long-term wellbeing.

What truly sets Sarah apart is her ability to explain complex concepts in simple, relatable ways, helping clients understand their bodies and progress with clarity. Whether you're returning to movement after pregnancy, recovering from injury, or simply looking to improve flexibility and core strength, Sarah designs programs that meet you where you are and guide you forward.

Her calm, encouraging energy, combined with years of client-facing experience, means you’ll feel supported, challenged, and empowered every time you step onto the mat.
